Your Responsibilities
- You assist in drafting and executing contracts in real estate and/or corporate law, taking responsibility for your own area of work.
- Your tasks cover a wide range—from purchase agreements for apartment buildings to mergers of publicly listed companies—with the opportunity to specialize.
- You handle mandates independently and communicate directly with clients, courts, and authorities.
- You independently assume notary representation duties.
Our Requirements
- You have completed a degree in law with honors.
- A quick understanding and an excellent grasp of legal contexts enable you to take on challenging tasks.
- You work with the utmost precision and hold yourself to high standards of quality.
- You possess solid English skills as well as a friendly and communicative nature.
- Ideally, you have professional experience at a renowned law firm and have worked in real estate or corporate law.
