Your Responsibilities
- Independent preparation, execution, and management of notarial deeds and contracts
- Communication with clients, authorities, and courts
- Scheduling, deadline management, and file organization
- Assistance with correspondence and handling of complex matters
- Participation in exciting mandates and specialization in specific areas of law
Your Profile
- Completed training as a notary clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- Careful, structured, and responsible way of working
- Enjoyment of direct client contact and a confident demeanor
- Team spirit, reliability, and strong organizational skills
- Initial professional experience in a law firm or notary’s office is an advantage but not required
