Career

Dr. Gerrit Bulgrin, LL.M. (Columbia) studied law at Bucerius Law School in Hamburg, the University of Cambridge (UK) and Columbia University (New York City, USA). After setting up a start-up company and working for several years as a lawyer at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in the Corporate / M&A department, he was appointed as notary administrator in 2024 to replace the retired notary Dr Jürgen Bredthauer.

Dr. Bulgrin's practice focuses on corporate law (corporate housekeeping, private equity, M&A, investor and participation agreements) and real estate law (transactions, funds and project developments). In addition, Dr. Bulgrin also advises you in all other notarial matters.
